Shipping Policy

Our products are made or personalized to order. Production time and shipping transit time are separate.

Standard & expedited production

Standard orders are made in the order received. Expedited orders go into production ahead of standard orders and ship sooner. Expedited production does not automatically upgrade the carrier’s shipping service.

Timing depends on the product, quantity, customization, and current workload. If you need an order for a specific date, contact us before ordering so we can confirm what is possible.

Shipping & tracking

Shipping costs and available services are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information. Carrier transit time begins after your order leaves our shop.

We ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently available.

Address & delivery questions

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If an address needs correcting or you have a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible.
